If you've decided to quit, you've come to the right place. NicoBloc is a simple to use product which, when applied to your cigarette filter, blocks up to 99% of the nicotine and tar you would normally inhale. Used as part of our tried and tested programme, it can help you be free of tobacco in six weeks without many of the withdrawal symptoms you've seen your friends suffer from. It couldn't be simpler. In the first week of using NicoBloc, you apply ONE drop of NicoBloc to the filter of EACH cigarette you smoke. This reduces the amount of tar and nicotine you inhale by up to 33%, and starts to wean you off the effects of nicotine addiction. In week two you use TWO drops of NicoBloc on the filter of EACH cigarette you smoke. This reduces the amount of tar and nicotine you inhale by up to 66%. Alongside the use of NicoBloc, you also slowly reduce the NUMBER of cigarettes you smoke, following a pre-programmed plan. You can find details of how to calculate the rate at which you should reduce your cigarette consumption by visiting Smokers' Tools. By the end of six weeks, you could be ready to throw your cigarettes away.

Each pack of NicoBloc comes with a DVD which gives instructions on its use, a bottle of NicoBloc, and a smoking record to keep track of your progress.
